Established over two decades ago by Peter Harris, Pelican Projects Limited specialises in the refurbishment of residential properties. Whilst previously operating in Kensington, Chelsea and Wimbledon, the business has since moved to Petersfield, where referral work from London clients facilitated a seamless transition to rural property development and refurbishment.

Satisfying the client runs at the heart of our business. Whether aiding planning applications, construction inspiration, or finishing details, Pelican Projects acts to ensure that the refurbishment process and final product is of the highest standard.

Local expertise and relationships are paramount. Our extensive address book of local tradesman has accumulated since our relocation in 2002. Many of these tradesmen have maintained long term contact with our clients, long after project completion, assisting with additional specialist trades. With our service comes access to a host of contacts, including lighting designers, interior designers, soft furnishing makers, garden designers etc.
